I was intrigued when I first saw this set. It looks like many of the PRR sets, although the B&O hopper is a bit unusual. What really caught my eye was the set number. No sets I've seen have a number even close. I contacted Jim Flynn and he said it was a number unique to KB Toys. The made a few hundred sets for them.
