They do not. Rebate checks will be sent to you once you fill them out. Remember that the rebate checks are only good in person within their stores. It has been explained many times why they do this, so if interested, do a search for similar posts. If something is offered as an extra, be it truck or rolling stock, you usually add it to your order. Just follow the directions given. Again, there is no discount code, but it seems as the items offered are already greatly discounted for us middle of the road hobbyists.
