I must say this is another well built building by Menards. The detail is very well done including the girls.. LOL.. I'm going to add on to the layout for this new one and start the burbs.
I can see a new park, etc. in the near future. I can see why they sent a free ambulance with order. to keep us old guys in check.. LOL..

Hard to believe Menards comes up with two buildings plus some cars in a row. Surprises all the way around. The house is really nice. CABINET BOB is starting a new suburbia section. Wish I could do the same but I am set in the rust belt. So BOB with the girls moving in make sure you stay in the basement working on the layout. Remember the more shoes you have to buy the less from Menards you will be able to get, ( as if that would even happen ).........LOL............Paul
Like - but the roof looks a little goofy - too much contrast on the seams/shingle edges.
