four??? what the heck did you do???
I've had the same experience. Miller Engineering offers terrific products that bring out the "oohs" and "ahhs" from visitors to the layout. I have had only one problem, and was my own fault; but Chris Miller was very helpful and quick in getting it fixed. Their support of their customers is as impressive as their products.
In a life full of dumb moments...haste makes waste....measure once cut at least three times....you get it.....i gave them TRACK POWER !!!!!but only for a few seconds...the other signs survived !! crj
They are a class act in every respect. We got to say hello to Chris yesterday at the Amherst Train Show. Also got to see the new rotating signs (we have two of them not yet installed) and they sure are nice.
Chris is wonderful about service issues. Their products add to any layout.
Miller used to have this product area all to himself. I was surprised to see several competitors at the Amherst show yesterday. Glad to hear Miller is providing great customer service to back his product.

Miller makes some of the best signs ever. They bring my layout to life. They replaced one sign for me last year at York with no questions asked!
Miller definitely gets the meaning of customer service!

I love my Miller signs. Very good. And yes, Chris is great. He said he would send me an email (spoke to him at York) and in fact he did. As a result of his being very helpful, I see every reason to always purchase Miller Engineering signs. You will always get 100% quality.
My experience with them has been universally positive. Chris answers emails quickly. They resolve problems efficiently and very fairly. Even when the problem has been my fault they have been more than fair in fixing or replacing whatever it was that I messed up. I don't know how you could provide better customer service than they do at Miller.

He sure does .... including the exchange of emails late into one evening with me.
These kinds of companies make me want to buy stuff from them. Other business owners should take note.
I have several and love them. None of them reside on the layout yet but I have powered up a couple of them to see how they looked.
Awesome products.
What are the names of other companies offering lighting?
Yup, I did pretty much the same thing back in December. The CBs just do NOT like AC! But Chris was very nice and fair about the whole mess (Totally my fault, BTW)
Class act all the way around! I love his signs, and so do the people visiting my layout! I will be buying more.

Spoke with Nick 10 days ago about defective board out of the pack. Mailed for eval. Received replacement board today with handwritten note from Chris apologizing for the inconvenience.

Are you sure these were not dealers that were selling Miller signs? I know of no "competitors".
I have 4 of them for the layout.......nice signs. Good to hear service is too.
Hi John • I have several on my layout, using their AC/DC Adapter. Please to hear about Miller Engineerings and all is well on your layout. Thanks for sharing this good news.
