That's the store formerly known as Island Trains. As far as I know, Henry is still running it. He's also closeouttrains1 on eBay. I haven't had a problem with him. I used to buy a lot from him when he was still on long island

I've dealt w/ Island Trains - Closeout trains - Model train store of New Jersery on several  occasions;  always  happy with the results (hope this doesn't serve as a jinx).  I've never had a problem, but whenever a question arose, Henry always spoke with me  personally (or e-mailed me right away). One of the few places left where the owner is available and takes an interest.

Let me just chime in here to say... yes, that's Henry's place.  I recognized the address... and just purchased a couple of brand new items from him on eBay at fabulous prices.  And if something needs attention, Henry has always been quick to step in and take care of the issue.  Highly recommend buying from him.

I'd also recommend them. Henry is very helpful and responsive. I bought my pre-orders from Lionel 2012 V1 from him and everything has been great. I intend to buy the Presidential cars from him. I've also bought from his closeouttrains ebay store and everything was as advertised.

Steve Olsen - I was googling for a specific Lionel Item # and Model Train Store of NJ came up (with many others).  They had slightly better price but shipping could change that.

Very interesting, thanks for the info.  I remember a store on Hylan Blvd on Staten Island in NY called Island Trains, I assume that's the same one.
