MTH 10-1047 #80 Semaphore

I think this what I have here. Just bought it and it looks like it has never been installed. Looks like it was produced in 1997. I’ve searched but can’t find a wiring diagram. It has 4 wires out the back. I did find the 82n directions but they use a contractor which I won’t be using. Can someone point me in the right direction please.
