I forgot to post the next video that our grandson made the last time he was here. He chose to run a pair of CSX engines. The lead engine failed shortly after (motor?) and I had to take her apart. She's still sitting on the bench and I forgot all about the video!
I haven't found anything wrong but the engine killed the power at the rails and the train stalled. After during testing, I smelled an unusual (burnt poop?) smell coming from the one tach equipped motor itself. I tested it again this week and the motors seem fine?
