MTH Amtrak Surfliner 20-65231 Question

Does anyone own this four car set of MTH Premier Amtrak Pacific Surfliner cars from the MTH 2013 volume 2 catalog?

The product description for this set on the MTH website says it contains 3 coaches and 1 control car. I don't want to order the set if it contains 4 coaches and no control car.

I would appreciate any feedback you can provide. email in profile.
