MTH arch bridge "opening" height

How tall is that Walt?

The bridge will easily clear Atlas, Lionel, and MTH double stacks if a catalog has that information.

The opening to the bridge will clear 6 inches over the top of a Fastrack rail.

I read the title and thought at first that there was a clearance sale on bridges. Enjoy the slinky dog. 

Thanks - here's an image that I posted on the slinky dog thread that shows the height of the one that I made while sitting on O27 track (which I use):

Looks like it should easily fit.  Don't want to design my Christmas Layout planning on fitting not knowing.  I think it's safe to say it will fit based on the 2 posts above but I best have a design in mind in case, when I get things out of storage to start building, if it doesn't!!!

He really just needs a deck to beam measurement (& maybe inside width) since the other half of the equation is in hand. Save room for more stuff; you never know

That's a good point as it's a pretty close fit width-wise with large steamers.

Walt - I sent you an email but if you read this I will bring my bridge regardless.  I'll be at the OGR dinner tomorrow night and I put my cell number in the email.  If you're at York and at the dinner as usual just let me know.  I'll have my Hi-Railers shirt on which has my name on the front.

Fastrack height is 5/8 inch to top of the rails, so the deck to bridge inside top opening is 6 5/8 inches.

The inside width is 3 7/8 inches from inside the railing to inside railing.

Walt,

I had to add roadbed spacers under the tracks so steam engine drive parts did not strike the walks on either side.

Greg, I answered your email - i'm not able to make York this week.  :-(

Thanks Chuck!!  Looks like it'll fit.

BobbyD: I know already that if I use O27 track on the bridge that my 2 tin-plate engines and cars cleanly pass thru.  But thanks for making sure that I thought of that.
