MTH caboose lantern lense

DanrOGR Forum Member SUPPORTING MEMBERDIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I have an MTH 20-91291, CA-5 caboose and noticed that one of the red lenses is missing. I contacted MTH, but they said they didn’t have any.

Does anyone have any clever ideas to creating a red lense? I’m in an airport lounge right now but, I believe the lantern opening was 1.25mm.

Try Brasseur or Trainz.

They both carry MTH parts.

You have jewels to insert or use MV lenses and sand off a bit of the silver back to allow light to flow through.
