MTH has released the PRR H3 in both Protosounds 2.0 and Protosounds 3.0 versions.  The locomotives are scale size and pretty well detailed.  One error is that the cylinders are mounted too high.  The piston shaft should line up with the driver centers.  On the prototype, the top of the standard tender was at the same level as the bottom of the windows in the locomotive cab.  On the MTH Proto-2 version, the top of the tender is about at the same level as the top of the cab windows.  The tender looks huge, but it had to be large to hold the Proto-2 electronics.  The tender on the MTH Proto-3 version is much closer to scale (it might be true scale, I haven't measured one) since the Proto-3 electronics are smaller.

Actually to be fair, there were some H3's that were mated to larger tenders.  This photo was taken in Ft. Wayne, Indiana ("Pennsylvania Lines" denotes lines west of Pittsburgh):
