I have a few premier steamers including a 4-6-2 heavy pacific and the protosound 1 version of the 4-6-4 Empire State express. Both say 0-42 or 0-54 min but navigate my half circle section of 0-32 gargraves with no issues other than cab overhang.
I almost bought a ps1 version of the 765 berk but stopped thinking it won’t make the 032 curve. Anyone have this engine and run it on curves that tight?

I purchased the MTH Premier Berkshire 20-3032 when it first came out.  With eight driving wheels, the Berk's rigid wheelbase is much longer than that of a heavy Pacific.  Unlike scale models from Williams, Weaver, 3rd Rail, etc., MTH locos use one-piece side rods.  On typical home-layout curves there is almost no side-to-side play left in the rods or driving wheels.  I sincerely doubt that it will make it around O32; I haven't tried but even O42 would be tight.

IMO with that size of curve, you're in LionChief or RailKing territory.  They will run better and look more realistic due to less overhang.  My $.02.
