I have quite a bit of RealTrax that I'd like to use if I could only change the look of the plastic road bed. What have some of you folks done to make it look more realistic? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I personally like the look of Realtrax's roadbed, but you could try painting it a lighter gray or ballasting it.
Might want to check out the Black Diamond RR videos as they have all sorts of suggestions and recommendations on weathering techniques - Rich Battista has done a great job regardless of the type of track - Gargraves, MTH and Ross.
Hey guys thanks for the help. I've decided to use the RealTrax around the ceiling so the road bed is no longer an issue.
