Looking for the MTH Sinclair Oil Refinery or Similar item (30-9010). Saw it in MTH Volume 1 (1998 Issue) Was this ever made and any helpful suggestions or comment appreciated.

It was canceled and never made. I pre-ordered one and it was canceled along with the Sinclair oil truck.
