Any way i have the lionel 1989 reissue of the Famous B6 Switcher well it does not smoke very well for some reason. I just got it this month on my Birthday at the ocean city train show It was in like new condition and i noticed the smoke would sometimes last not too long and it seems to have gotten to the point to were it rarely does it now. and part of the joy of Lionel is the smoke its fun to see it smell it and pour it in. One of my thoughts is since it was previously owned mabey the smoke unit become damaged by not having a couple drops in it. i still don't understand how that happens and just recently i had to take the engine apart because the fluid was flooding the inside of cast bodie and other things and i had to clean it out and that was a royal mess.
Any info i will be much Thankful for.
