Very, very nice Lee! Wonderful to watch! Terry
I'm glad this thread came up again. What a wonderful train you created. Great job Lee.
Thanks everyone. The Tacky Trailer Park I am making now is a great project, but I think this is the grandest and ultimately most fun project I had ever done.
The imagination and creativity displayed on this site is fantastic! I thought so when
I first saw some Plasticville kitbashes, but it keeps getting better. Good ole American
ingenuity and thinking outside the box......
Outstanding Lee. Next I would not be suprised to see the Army Band onboard.....with sound.
You are probably gonna need some of these 50 footers[LCMs] to get your tanks and troops ashore when you take on the NK.

What a combo. And what a testament.
That would look great runing at a Train show.
The Military Guys/Gals would love it.
Right you are Popi.
I enjoyed this thread the first time up, and enjoyed it again today.
I'm building my own Military train circa 1948 or so.
Not near as interesting a loadout as yours Lee.
Set of Patton tanks on flats, some jeeps on flats, couple 6X6 cargo trucks on flats, couple Weaver Troop cars. I add to it as I find appropriate items.
It's actually getting up to the max length I like to run on the layout, perhaps I'll go longer on the new version once I get track laid.
I have the minuteman missile car & exploding boxcar but have held off on repainting them to match the train. They both still work so I'm very hesitant to alter them.
Great. Now my 7 year old wants to trade Dad's. You probably won't make him wash his face, either. I'm doomed.
Lee...You're a GENIUS!!!
As we travel down this Militery road,
Thank you to all the train people on OGR
that are also veterens and/or active duty
militery.
THANK YOU FOR SERVING!
thanks for putting your lives on the line every day
so we can play with toy trains!!!
Absolutely amazing! Thanks for sharing!
