A C-Liner in the B-A1A configuration was 56.5 feet long (via Diesel Locomotive Cyclopedia by Bob Hayden). At 1:48 scale it would be a little over 14"

I saw on Charlie's site that the engine numbers were 2401, 2403, and 2404.

I am pretty sure #2401 is a B-A1A wheel configuration.

Just guessing that the LIRR number 2400's were the 2400 hp C-Liners, all of which were 5 axles. F-M never made a 2400 hp C-liner in B-B wheel configuration.
