Hey gang..........just wanted to let u all know we are still here and functioning. I am well with no symptoms. Staying home in Paso Robles and kind of self-isolating.
As a former airline pilot, I can tell u that I'm pretty un-excitable when it comes to emergencies. Its do what has to be done immediately, then get more info and re-asses, then proceed. Put together a plan, and change the plan as the situation changes.
That all being said, we are still in business here, and since im not going down to LA for at least a week or 2, I'll be spending more time with the trains and trying to get more items up on the web. This will include Lionel scale sized freight cars, Atlas 3 rail engines, MTH freight cars, and GGD sleepers, for the most part. Also some Lionel 86' box cars, 50' box cars, and Lionelscale (weaver) hoppers and box cars are on their way here, so Im hoping to get them up on the web soon.
I am still waiting for the go ahead on 14 more special run projects. I'll announce them as soon as I know they are a go. Some im expecting to know within 2 weeks, some will probably take months. I have no idea what is going on in china right now, and how it is affecting manufacture and export of model trains...
Be safe out there. This is not the end of the world, but it is not a drill either. There is no vaccine and no cure. Dont just think about yourself, but who u could pass it on to. Even if it doesnt kill you, inflammed lungs filling up with fluid doesnt sound like fun either. Even just a fever and feeling awful in bed for 2 weeks doesnt sound like fun. Stay home and work on your layout if u can.
