It is the first time I saw this in person at my LHS. It will make a nice addition to my military train. I don't know if it is modeled after any particular (real) prototype but I like the looks of it. Anyway, it is now part of my collection....

Very nice; enjoy your new purchase.
It's reminiscent of a 1970's era Pershing 1a. The Pershing systems, particularly the Pershing II, was the impetus for the INF treaty with the Soviets. Yours a good Cold War piece. Congrats.
Who makes this? I just found one on MTH site but no longer available.

Growing up as an Army brat or a "duffel bag" baby as some say, I am somewhat familiar with Army weaponry. I, too, thought this to look somewhat like a Pershing.
Cold War would be a good way to describe the era I am trying to model (with many anachronisms thrown in)
I guess that is because that was my childhood.

My LHS had 3.
Thank you. I did not realize it is a newer issue.
Now that's a nice addition.
What LHS and sale price, please!

Nice looking military load, very unique and a great find. A little out of my time period of late 1930's and early 1940's, during WW2. The missile car would go great with a string of Manard's tank loads.
