The NJHR'ers held our annual Christmas Train Show this past Sunday.  A big crowd attended and as always the highlight was a visit from Santa (with the food being a close second!)

Here are a couple of pictures and a link to the rest.

Chris,

As always great pictures of the Club's event yesterday. Great conversations with out guests and letting the children run trains, meet Santa and eat made the day a great event. New visitors were really excited about the number of trains running at one time and were impressed at the size of the layout. I even got questions about when Bobby B. from the Soprano's would show up to run trains on that layout.

Merry Christmas to all.

Unfortunately I had tickets to see Spiderman on Broadway and had to leave early but it was great to see everyone that I did who came out for the show. I heard that we definitely surpassed our Christmas show numbers for many years back.

Remember TrainStock is only a few short weeks away.

I look forward to seeing all of you there and I hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Thank you,

Mathew

Truly a great day. What Chris didn't say was that he took a lot of pictures (not shown here) of children sitting on Santa's lap. Vinny was a great Santa Claus. I printed them out (everyone's got a job) and gave them to the parents. They kept asking how much the pictures cost, and I kept telling them that the pictures were free, and to have a Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year. The reaction is amazing when you're giving stuff away.

A MERRY CHRISTMAS and happy and healthy NEW YEAR to all.

Gerry
