I decided to install my MARS Light Front on my 765 NKP Berkshire so I thought I would document with pics.

Step 1 -Swing Open Boiler front and look straight down below the hinge. You will see a screw.  You will need a thin small screwdriver.  Even with front swung open you will be at a small angle to the screw.  Make sure you keep pressure on it so you don't strip out the screw head.  Remove it.  I had a magnetized screwdriver.

Step 2 - Carefully remove the small tank through the side to get it off the engine.  It looks like this. It takes a little jiggling to get it out, just take your time.

Step 3 - Now you can get a screwdriver through the bottom to get the lower screw on the boiler front.  After you remove the bottom screw remove the top one too.

Step 4 - Disconnect the connector for the Headlight led harness and remove the front.    The front on the right needs the headlight led removed and transferred to the Mars front on the left.

Step 5 - Remove led from original front to the new one.  They are stuck pretty well and you will probably pull the wires off the leads.  Be ready to re-solder them back on.  Luckily the LED leads are pretty heavy duty. Have some micro heat shrink tubing available also or you won't be able to get the led in the hole in the Mars front if its to big.

Step 6 - Carefully push led in Mars light headlight hole.  Reassemble everything.

This is what it looks like.  Its sort of a pulsating light (very hard to video, so this is the best I could get with my camera).

Updated Video that's not sideways, haha
