No, I didn't even attempt to contact them. It was about $70 worth of parts to fix a badly damaged Lionel Phantom engine that was given to me. I ordered a couple parts off of Lionel's website but it indicated NL Trainworks had the other parts I needed. I just went to their website, entered the Lionel part numbers and found all of them were in stock. I added them to my cart and placed the order. Everything seemed to work fine. I'll admit the website is a little outdated in design but it worked.
I've ordered so many electronic parts & equipment out of the Far East & Europe (mainly via EBay & Amazon) that I guess I'm used to buying from dealers I have not had any contact with.

I could place an order through their website as well , but am reluctant to send money or charge card info, when no one responds to my emails or phone calls. I'm afraid that I will be kissing my money goodbye! I also want to know the quantity available for the body shell that I want. I played with the shopping cart to see if it worked and put a quantity of 50 in, which came to over $5,000.00 LOL! That's not to say that I want that many or even that they even have that quantity in stock.
