As of today (04/14/22), I am still not receiving any notifications. I found a recent closed topic on this subject which indicated that the issue was corrected, but I am still not receiving notifications. I checked my settings and notifications by email are on. Am I missing something or doing something wrong??? Thanks.

Something obvious, have you checked your spam folder? It is possible that with the changeover they view the alerts as spam now, some of the mail programs have tightened security. If your mail is with an ISP (like a cable company), I would also call them and ask if they could be blocking the website sending the notifications, sometimes they will decide something is a spammer driving bogus traffic using a real address or the like.
I’m still not getting any notifications and I’ve checked my spam and junk folders - nothing. Is there an adjustment that I need to make?
Check your notifications setup here to be sure they are set up the way you want them.
One other thing…we have had problems with ptd.net in the past. They have very aggressive junk/spam filtering. They may be blocking them. If your notifications are properly set up, you will need to talk to them.

Life has really gotten in the way, so I’ve not had the time to follow up with PTD. We’re you able to get a solution from them???
