I'm re-assembling a 671, 1946 ver. 'A'

The front and rear trucks are currently in pieces, draw bar is off and there are several bent axles as well as chipped wheels.

Question is how to properly re-assemble.
I have all necessary parts (I think) i.e. Truck stud, washer and spring,
as well as axles and wheels)

Starting with the rear trailering truck; (looking at Greenburg's R & O man. can be confusing)
How does the draw bar stud, spring and washer go together on the truck?
How is the stud properly stacked to the draw bar?

Are my pics correct in the placement? Doesn't look correct to me

Both trucks;
How are the wheels and axles assembled with the proper track gauge?

The service manual is incorrect. There are 100's of errors in there. I guess Lionel never proof -read before printing. You have it upside down. The large head of the rivet (stud) rides on the lip on the bottom of the truck. Then on the top side of the truck the washer, spring with the large winding sits in the cup of the rivet, and the small end butts against the frame of the loco. Stem of stud goes through the frame of course.
