The last time I saw a post asking about this was in 2013, so I am wondering if anybody knows an O Gauge Club in Charlotte or the surrounding area.

I see you are getting the same response I got when I tried to find a club near Wake Forest. The only local club is pretty much HO and N.
Same here in Myrtle Beach SC. We are looking to start a club. It’s hard to get any response.

Agreed! I’m in Florence, SC and it’s tough to find responses for the area. I’m not too far from Myrtle Beach or Charlotte.
It looks like we are just far enough apart to make organizing something difficult.
Perhaps you should approach Lionel in Concord as they are in the Charlotte-Winston-Salem-Greensboro triangle about forming a club. A club sponsored by them would help the advertise their products and increase local interest. Local hobby shops should also be a source of support. Other than The Train Lot in WS I don't know of any others (I live in Florida).

Florence is just a bit far. Unfortunately I’m getting replies from Tabor City and others that are moving to the area in the future but no one that is here now. For now the 3 or 4 we do have meet at different homes and run trains.
