Mrs Muffin and I traveled to Cincinnati earlier this year, packed and brought back here many of the trains that were in Jim's collection. Lot's of Post War and some modern - over 200 trains. You can see them all and bid here - most with a $20 opening bid.
For most of the collection there are no original boxes. We photographed everything including Jim's hand written notes, purchased cardboard boxes and re-boxed everything for shipping.
Bidding ends Saturday. There is no buyers premium - your bid price plus shipping is what you pay. There is a $5 registration fee for the entire auction.
The proceeds benefit his family.
