OK, so how do I get this open?

Well, I guess I got the info filled out, but I don't recognize anything from the old forum. So how do I open the forum, I'm not so sure I like this. Feel a bit of a guy on a tightrope, don't feel anything, don't see anything. What am I doing wrong? I'm not very computer literate and this thing worries me.

Click on FORUMS in the top Nav Bar. Click on FORUM LIST and then you will see something familiar.
