If not the best..(it must be) I watched it several times. Brings back memories of department store displays of my childhood.

Oh wow! I watched just a little bit. It's fantastic - gonna watch more, later.
Well done. Where was this display?
Lee,
Did you see your boat-with-skier part yet?

You mean gorgeous bikini skier, don't you??? Was that Veranda?
Amazing display, I would sure love to know who, where and when on that layout.
They put a lot of effort in building a wonderful layout for public display. Probably one of the best mall layouts I have ever seen.
Thanks for the post.
Surmised Miami when I saw the Ready To Roll billboards and plethora of MTH...motive power, cars, scaletrax, etc.
That poor bare-chested guy digging the hole in the street in that snowy weather?? Good grief....for the weather we're experiencing lately, it REALLY makes you cold and sympathetic to see him working without so much as a T-shirt!!
So, is this 'portable'? Stored at the mall for use during the holidays? A one-shot display??(Good grief!)
Very nice, indeed.
I kept looking for 'Ralphie'.
In fact, it didn't seem like there was much people traffic at all in the video....another sign of our robust economic recovery?
Kudos to the builder, anyway!!
That is a very nice layout. A lot of action all the time for the kids of all ages.

You're right...it does bring back department-store Christmas memories. Thank you for posting!

I am pretty sure that the skier is Magnetta! Good discovery as we have been looking for her for a long time.
Amazing layout.

Yes, when I watched it through again. Oh boy! Nothing is new, is it?
Great display... Lots going on ..
Amazing

What struck me was that ( I assume this ) that it is temporary..my mind boggles at the effort and scope required in the setting up of this display.
Impressive.........but, unless I missed the rush, did you notice the lack of crowds or observers who were viewing the layout? An ominous sign of the future?
Greg
no, probably just taken earlier in the morning... not many shoppers then.
