Operating Accessories for tank cars, what is out there?

There is Lionel's operating tank car wreak.

Other than the Oil derricks and oil field stations from Lionel, Walthers operating Oil Pump  and the MTH operating gas station, that's about it for operating accessories.

For non Operating Accessories, Model Structures for Model Railroads offers;

• a Refinery,
• an Oil transfer depot,
• an Open air shed to cover MTH oil filling station.
• A small Oil dealer
• tank farm

Atlas O/ Walthers has the Oil Dealer kit

I would like to see an operating accessory that would pump simulated liquid into an open hatch on a tank car.  I'm surprised no manufacturer has made one, that I know of.  

Dan's idea would be super- maybe we can get Mark the Menard's guy interested? 

Thanks to Chuck and PRRhorseshoe - neat looking accessories. I need to get creative with integrating some of those items but as usual, real estate is limited.  As you can see on the first picture, the layout is a bit packed at this point and the second and third photos show the area of interest, I can move the NOMA station anywhere and maybe need to consider moving the building too.

MTH made this a while back. The arm comes down to the tank car dome.
