Original 352 Icing Station 352-25 Transport Lever

Hi,

On the original 352, was just friction used to engage the ice transport lever? My man is moving fine but the ice transport lever is not. I notice on the newer icing stations (with gearboxes) that a tab has been added to the transport lever for the man lever to engage.

Any insights on how to engage the transport lever on the original? I'm thinking it would be very easy to drill a hole and add a rivet pin but maybe there is a better way...
