I just received the Santa Fe caboose cam and find the picture to be completely out of focus. I downloaded the app on my Android phone as well as IPad and the picture is totally out of focus on both.
Camera reset does not affect the image nor does any of the adjustments (that I tested). You can barely make out the image of my hand when placed in its view.
Adding extra light has no effect.
There is no visible film on the lense, however I have not removed the shell to verify this.
Has anyone else experienced this condition with the Lionel Cam? I'm hoping to avoid shipping this back for warranty.
