Paint Type Used on the WBB F7s

I have a ABBA UP F7 Set up from Williams by Bachmann. Does anyone know what type (Oil, Water, etc...) paint they used on the roof? I have a spot I would like to fix so I can sell them. Thanks

Here is how I obtain the correct color of the paint. I take my engine to either Menards, Home Depot or Sherwin Wiliams to have them computer-match the color.

I don't know if the Williams paint is oil or water based.

I think they are all oil-based.
