I have a 28283 UP SD70ace non powered engine that I would like to add lighting to. I am planning to order the 620-4575-683 pickup rollers to get power from the rails. Does anyone know the size or the part number of the very tiny screws that fasten the pickups to the trucks? Are there any insulators I would need to add?

If the pick up is the type that has the 2 arms connected to a frame box. (not sure, Lionel's site is still down) You will need the plastic frame box and 4 620-8860-685 insulator frame mount screw and 4 620-8860-636 collector mount screws.
"Very tiny screws"? Obviously you have never wrestled with a brass locomotive; now, there are some wee fasteners!
Seriously, plain old hardware stores can be the source of some pretty small nuts and bolts. It depends, but I always check Ace first (to a point - not for the brass loco screws above).
I tried to find the screw part numbers on the Lionel site but did not get a hit on either number. Also tried Ace but they did not have anything close.
I tried again and did get a hit using 6208860685 which is the screw I think I need.
