Pennsylvania N8 caboose in "Focal Orange" paint scheme

I recently purchased an MTH Premier N8 caboose in the "Focal Orange" paint scheme. This is MTH 20-91235 (road number 478159).

According to information I found on the internet this color combination was issued in 1965.

Notes: Cabin car color changed to Focal Orange (also known as Safety Orange). Roofs black, cupolas orange (cupola roofs are painted black on cars except those with "streamlined" cupolas [N5c's, N5e's & N8's], which are overall orange). Safety appliances painted white.

Looking for prototype photos of this car.

This type of caboose was often seen at the rear of Penn Central freight trains. With those trains already being a vibrant display of fallen flag color schemes this sort of caboose just felt "right" adding to the mayhem

Cannot help with image of a Focal Orange N8 Cabin. But here is an image of a Focal Orange N5c that is still sporting an induction phone antenna found by a fellow forum member. MTH also made this Cabin.

I needed to verify the MTH color scheme. The cupola roof is painted black.

Be careful, that photo is of a PRR N5C cabin car and NOT an N8!!
