Hey Everyone....

Just finished painting my new OMI brass sanding tower.  Took a few shots of it with a new photo light using just my point and shoot camera.  Hope you enjoy....by the way, if you right click on a picture and then click on "open link in new window" you will get a full page shot.  Also....the OMI sanding tower is a really nice model so if you get a chance to find one, you may want to consider it for your service facility...  EDIT:  the tower is NOT in its final position...I placed it where it is now only to be able to get close up pictures....

Thanks for looking and as always I enjoy your comments!

Alan

How did I know that Hot Water would find something wrong rather than commenting about the tower itself...???  OK....I placed the tower at that location to take the photos...it is not in its final resting place...guess I should have said that in the initial post above.....

Oh....Hotwater....I will be turning the locomotives in the roundhouse around so that their rears are facing you which I believe is the proper direction...??

Very nice tower and paint job.  Did you spray paint it?  Beautiful lighting affect.  Looks like sunrise with the shadows.  Think I'll use that for a sunrise or sunset shot on my layout.

After reading your comment that this layout was made up just for the photograph, I'll only suggest that the tracks should have chocks or stops to prevent the engines from accidental roll-off.
