Where's it going on the layout? Nothing like the fun of planning an addition. 
My old layout was the same way - if I added 4" in diameter I could add another passing siding. Out came the metal L-brackets and construction was launched.

The gravel bed in foreground..its only 8"and the coal station is 10"but i will WAIT till i get it to verify..also im going to have a trouph under a section for a custom made bin for my bottom hoppers that work.....😀
