Plug-Expand-Play power lock-on section

I have a new set that I got that came w/ the Plug-expand-play power lock section, I have one single cord that plugs into the track and then the power pack plugs into the outlet. I've been told I should of power every twenty five feet. How to I get more power using this setup?
