Power cord for Lionel ZW

Has anyone ever changed a power cord on a Lionel ZW transformer and how big a job is it? A friend asked me if I could replace his but I have never done one of these and don't know what you might run into. Thanks,

It's not too bad, I've changed a number of them. It's a little contorted getting to the connections, but it can be done.
