The Pennsylvania Power and Light Railroad usually operated fireless locomotives, and only within its own power plants. But they did (and still do) have rolling stock that go out on regular rail lines.

Old thread I found while researching but, to @Vincent Massi , I believe that @Freight Train Jim ‘s K-line MP15 was part of the PP&L set given to PP&L employees. PP&L contracted with K-line to produce the sets as gifts to their employees. As these sets were quite popular with collectors at the time, trouble ensued. Don’t quote me but I believe K-Line saw how popular the set was and started producing them and then subsequently selling them at retail. Once PP&L became aware of this situation production ceased.
RMT also made these PP&L items...99531-76 Water Tower and 99532-76 Rotating Beacon Tower and BEEPs 4761 and 4762.
