PRR LionChiefPlus RS-3 #5620 Drive Gears

The drive gear on "motor 1" will not stay engaged with the two larger gears on each side and "motor 2" drive gear is missing but the shaft is in place.

Even though the unit is approximately 4 years old it has not had heavy use.

I've learned that this has been a problem with this model. I've been looking for a way to fix the issue.

Any suggestions?
