PS2 Smoke Fan Motor Shuts Down

I’ve got a problem with the fan motor in my PS2 (later version) RailKing Hudson shutting down after running for a while. The motor will re-start after shutting down and cooling off. I replaced the motor with a new one and the problem persists. Any suggestions?

Probably the board Fet not the fan motor. G
