Ok I was thinking on leaving the DCS world but have had second thoughts. Now I am trying to move forward and get something's fixed and repaired. Also I have an engine that I want to upgrade to Proto 2. Now I have the upgrade kit already but I am not comfortable doing it.
I tried a couple of years ago and kinda got the run a round by a couple of shops. I did call MTH direct and was told they do not do upgrades there just repairs. So I set off on a mission calling MTH service centers. I got all kinds of answers about doing the upgrade. None of which gets the job accomplished. So what do I do? Anybody know of a good service center? There was one I talked to but they were 5 to 6 months out. I am not expecting it done at the drop of a dime but 2 maybe 3 months might be more in order.
