I'm using DCS, but I'm far from an expert. I have two PS3 engines and I am glad there are no batteries to worry about and to keep up to date.

Yesterday I was getting used to checking out a lot of settings, checking out track strength, etc. and hit the button for status and both engines came up as low battery. So my question is: Is this just the default that shows up since there is no battery to charge when running PS3? Thank you, Terry

Terry,

That isn't a battery status, rather, it's the status of the engine's charging circuit.

It's reporting that the charging circuit isn't working very hard because the engine's Supercaps are charged.

This and a whole lot more is all in "The DCS O Gauge Companion 2nd Edition", now available for purchase as an eBook or a printed book from MTH's web store site! Click on the link below to go to MTH's web page for the book!
