Mike, more info is needed. What are you trying to obtain sound from and what sounds are you looking for?

If you are operating S gauge then this is the correct manual. The buttons are the same.

Sorry, I tried twice, that link seems to not translate when posted. Perhaps I lack competence.

Note that in two rail, which button activates which sound is dependent on the direction the car is placed on the track.

Mike, having 2 buttons will allow you to operate both the bell and whistle without turning the car around or otherwise changing the polarity of the DC imposed on the AC track current (page 9).
