I have a bad Railsounds Power Board (691RSPRA00) for one of my TMCC engines. Lionel has them but before I order one are these boards repairable or throw away?

I have never repaired or heard of anyone doing so. You might contact GGG here on the forum, he might have done it. If you need one we have them in stock $36.00 shipped.

Bill,
That is a very good price on that board!! I also have never heard of those being repaired. Will you be at the Lionel open house in on the 18th?
Jeff
Thanks Bill, I'll call you.

It is always a good idea to replace. If they cost hundreds of dollars, that would get a different answer. Lionel parts are priced reasonably.
If it's an obvious component like the R2LC traics, I replace them. That P/S board is not as cut-n-dried, the only one I saw that had failed, I couldn't easily pinpoint the failing component.
