Does anyone have a good contact for RMT? I have emailed them at their website three times, but no response. I'm interested in the Texas Special 027 passenger cars...but no contact.

Walter is on here. I have a set of them from about 2 years ago. I know he is getting it all back in shape inventory wise but they are out of stock right now. I wish i had more $$ when he was blowing all the passenger sets out. Matter of fact while I am wishing, I wish he would do a 3rd set of 2 cars per roadname. I like passenger trains with at least 6 cars.

I hope that if he were to add cars he would add a set of two coaches. I have too many observation cars and domes as it is. The east coast roads I like usually did not run domes anyway and they sometimes turned observation lounges into mid train lounges. Domes and tail cars were relatively rare in real trains but not in model trains. I do like smaller trains and commuter runs so coaches are preferable to me.
I have been agitating for the same thing in the Peep line. I have a bunch of extra baggage cars that I got in order to get additional coaches. At the moment, I am running a train of 3 baggage cars, 4 coaches, and an observation behind a B&O Beef ABA.
I'm sure Walter is busy as a one-armed paper hanger now that Aristo is out of the picture and he. back running the whole show. Give him time...
Just look him up here and send him an e-mail. Walter is a good guy who will respond.
Lee,
I did just that the same day I started this thread. Waiting on a response.

RMT posted this message on Facebook on Friday night; I ordered on the 14th and haven't heard from RMT yet but this explains why. Bill
Honestly, that's a very good thing. I'm glad to see that Walter is busy there, bodes well for the future of RMT.
