removing a truck on a dash-9 loco.

I did a search and could not find any info on removing a drive truck on a 6-28365 Dash-9. does anyone have some simple to follow instructions on removing the truck?

Hold the frame and turn the truck 1/4 turn to the right. You have a coupling that might fall out and you will have to unplug the white connector to completely remove the truck
