Repair/upgrade?

I have a couple of PS 2.0 steam engines (Railking) that need some work. I thought it might be a good time to upgrade them to PS 3.0 while having other work done. Who would you suggest might do this work for me? Is such an upgrade even available? I have no problem shipping from metro Atlanta, where I live.

Bill, I do MTH Repairs and upgrades. PS-3 is not available as an upgrade, not expected to next year. PS-2 upgrades are still available and I have them in stock. E-mail is in my profile. G
