I've got them from Olsen's in the past, but I just checked and the website wasn't working. The train tender has them listed for $1.75

If those two options don't pan out, you can try Ebay. I bought a set a couple of years ago and they are nice. The sets come with 12 silhouette strips, six clear and six frosted. They are $4.99 plus $2.00 S&H per set. Look up "passenger car window" and there will be a few available.
