With all the posts about poor customer service and poor quality control, I wanted to talked about something positive.......the great service of Ross Custom Switches.
I called on Tuesday afternoon. Steve answered the phone himself. I ordered an O72 wye and RossBed. It arrived in less than 2 days.
You can't do better than that. Thank you Steve for the great service and for being a charter sponsor of the Forum. See you in a few weeks at York.

A while back I had a problem with an 072 switch and emailed them. Steve responded and sent me the parts to fix the problem (I told him I could fix it myself if I had the parts) within a couple of days.

I agree Peter, they are priced competitively, made in the USA and have great service. and if something breaks (like when someone walks on the tracks
) they are easily repairable. operation wise they have no competition. we have well over 400 Ross switches at NJHR and we love them.
Steve is a great guy with wonderful service to our hobby. I just wish that he had come out with his line of tubular 0-72 switches before I started construction of the layout. They are the best out there in the tubular world.

Highest marks for the guys at Ross, they do not mirepresent anything they engineer,
which means a geat deal to this old Tin Plate runner.
